Payment Options
Single Payment: Pay for your season tickets in full at the time of purchase.
Payment Plan: Break up the cost of your subscription purchase into 2 installments with our payment plan option. There is no additional fee or interest accrued if you choose to use the payment plan to pay for your season tickets. The first payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made via credit card. The remaining payment will be automatically charged to that same credit card on a subsequent date.

The Broadway in New Mexico Commitment
The Value of Your Ticket Is Safe
In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.
If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.
Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Broadway in New Mexico. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by Broadway in New Mexico for presentations at Popejoy Hall.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS: COVID-19 health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances; you will be notified of any protocols in advance of your performance. All ticket holders are required to comply.
WAITLIST: Joining the waitlist for notification about 2024/2025 season tickets going on sale does not guarantee access to purchase a season subscription package.
RENEWAL DEADLINE: You must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59 pm on Monday, May 20, 2024 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard season subscription benefits or show offerings will begin Wednesday, May 29 and should be completed by Friday, May 31 for best availability.
FLEXIBILITY: Exchange your Broadway in New Mexico tickets for another performance of the same show, or your Ovation Series tickets for any other Ovation Series show. Exchanges are available while supplies last and must be made no fewer than 48 hours prior to the earlier performance for weeknight performances and by 5pm Thursday for weekend performances. Exchanges may only be made by the owner of the tickets. Differences in ticket prices may require additional payment. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment for exchanges that incur a reduction in price. Some performances may not allow exchanges.
PRIORITY ACCESS: When available, Broadway Season Options are not included in any subscription package. Additional purchase is required and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase.
PRICING: The price of each Broadway in New Mexico subscription reflects the face value of your tickets, $20 in handling fees for all non-Gold Circle season tickets, a total $20 in facility and event fees, all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Gold Circle season ticket fee noted below. Subscriptions for Gold Circle include a $50 fee for each subscription purchased. Gold Circle season ticket holders receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to seats being placed on sale to the general public.
The 50% UNM discount applies to the first two subscriptions purchased. Extra subscriptions are charged at the general subscription price. Call (505) 277-4569 for a supplemental order form. For faculty/staff, UNM pays half the subscription as a taxable benefit. To qualify for the benefit, you must be employed and paid by UNM with at least 0.5 FTE as of September 6, 2024. For students, half the subscription is paid from an award by the Student Fee Review Board. Students must be enrolled for at least 6 credit hours as of September 6, 2023 for the Fall 2024 semester. The student discount lasts as long as funds are available. UNM subscription deadline September 6, 2024.

*Attend a different performance of the same touring Broadway show or exchange from one Ovation Series show to another. Simply visit the UNM Bookstore Ticket Office to make the change.
